We are looking for a Senior React Developer to lead frontend architecture and build scalable, high-performance web applications. You will architect and develop complex React applications with TypeScript, mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews, collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver features, and optimize application performance and ensure best practices. We require 5+ years of experience with React and TypeScript, strong understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context), experience with Next.js and server-side rendering, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. In this role, you will also be responsible for establishing coding standards and best practices across the frontend team, leading technical design discussions, evaluating new technologies and frameworks, and contributing to our open-source initiatives. You will work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications, participate in sprint planning and estimation, and help shape the product roadmap from a technical perspective.
